This company makes such advertisements as if it is the best software company in the world. I spent about 3000-4000 dollars but had no job. After buying their system for 2 years, the troubles did not end. They fix a bug, then hundreds of bugs. never works. The system breaks down after every update. When it comes to a new update, old studies are gone. Working with this company would be the stupidest job in the world. Better to have no website than to work with these. They don't even understand programming. They always lie. If your site is broken, you say help, they write late. They say it will help if you pay a fee after 3 months. They lie so much that I will break their mouths and noses if they get it. I had my website, which was not available for 2 years, by the Germans. They did it the way I wanted in a week. My recommendation is that you will pay 1000-2000 dollars and deal with problems, it is better to buy your house and get something like a man. Forget this company.

CMSmart is team who provides all support on initial stage when you are about to make any purchase. Once your purchase is done then no matter what they will just give you excuse. I personally bought wordpress print software from them and it is really bad I show it to my client and they are very disappointed and didn't even find it ok ok product. In covid pandemic due to lockdown and certain restrictions it took my little bit more time to share refund request but they stick with their 7 Days policy and didn't allow my refund it is something which they shoul not hold as in pendamic entire world is helping each other and they just follow their own policies to make profits. I say big no to CMSmart for sure and if yo don't think my review is perfect then experience it you'll be the next who is going to write the same. Not just refund is issue their product is just useless.

CMS smart has stole my money they do not answer questions they do not support their products that I paid in full for on the flipside I did yell at them I was rude but not until after they started playing games with me and my money and my business time is money they don’t understand that I would definitely never recommend this place they are absolutely horrible definite these and trying to scam people out of money they have disabled my account and have kept my money my account is less than a week old therefore they are Thieves I have been asking for my money back since the second day I have proof of everything

Absolutely to be avoided. I purchased their "Printshop" template for magento and in addition their more expensive "Advanced Website setup" service which included the installation of the site in 8/24 hours in addition to several other professional services. I was followed by an inadequate technician who sent me the site in error and does not know the most basic magento installation problems. I am really disappointed by the poor quality of the technical support absolutely not skilled for the service sold.

Terrible refund policy which should be changed few years ago. Basically if you have bought an extension from them and downloaded it to test it before full implementation it means that you can’t get a refund anymore. Support takes long time to respond and sometimes comes across as rude in my opinion.

Absolute shambles and to avoid. Sold a template for $85, advertised to work with Magento 2.3 however did not work with 2.3.4 and wanted $150 to make it compatible. Stick to relaible companies like Amasty and Mageworx with real (and free) support in place.

The worst support I've ever had. Every time I opened a support ticket they fixed the errors so slowly and as consequence 30 days expired, the errors weren't totally removed and I had to open a new ticket again and again. When I insisted to finish the support item faster, the only automatic message i got was " I will update news for you on Monday". In order to understand better how seriously they care about their customers, I bought their OPC module in august, 2019 and even now it is not fixed as should be. Maybe their products look nice but their attitude toward quality support and customer satisfaction after post selling service is just long distance away of them.

My Wisest decision this year!
