Top Spots to Get Caffeinated in MKE

The most important part of any day – or at least mine – is the answer to this question: Where am I getting coffee today? In the search for my caffeine fix, I’ve picked five of my favorite places to visit and get my day (or afternoon!) started right.

Colectivo
223 E St Paul Ave
170 S 1st St

A Milwaukee classic! There are two Colectivo shops within walking distance of the ZG office in the Third Ward, making it easy to drop by when a craving hits during a walking meeting. They often change up their specialty menu, so it’s easy to try something new.

Onesto
221 N Broadway

Did you know there’s a café window at Onesto in the mornings? Their delicious coffee is supplemented with AMAZING pastries. The ham and cheese roll and cinnamon roll are personal favorites. There’s often a line, but it’s worth the wait.

Anodyne
400 N. Water St.

This is the best location for an afternoon coffee – an invigorating walk with some tasty coffee creations at the destination. Plus, if you fancy a snack (or a late lunch) you’re already at Milwaukee Public Market!

Full of Beans Café
184 S. 2nd Street

You may have already heard ZG is moving to Walker’s Point! We’re excited to start exploring the neighborhood and the caffeine search is the most important one. Full of Beans is a quaint shop with a cozy atmosphere, good food, comfy seats and a fake fireplace to ease you awake. Just around the corner from our new space, I look forward to visiting often!
