Visit competitor's google business listing. Here note down the category that reflecting below to business name.

Check GCID for the category from Google My Business (GMB) Categories - Full List ( 2020 )

Step #3

Visit the view source of the google business listing and check for the GCID that you found for the category. Here you will see a list of GCIDs. Copy all the IDs and check the associated category name from GMB Category List.

Step #4

Repeat the same process for other competitors and add the relevant categories that describe your business.
