Kairoi plan $million a unit multifamily building in Southlake Plaza

Kairoi Residential Building $Million-a-Unit Apartment Project in Southlake

Kairoi Residential is looking at a site at Southlake Town Square near State Highway 114. The 55-unit development on Central Avenue is set to start construction this summer and open in 2025. The $55 million, five-level project was designed by GDA Architects.

The five-story project is the latest luxury rental community the firm has developed in the area. Kairoi Residential expanded to the North Texas market in 2017 when it built the 297-unit Amelia at Farmers Market rental community in downtown Dallas. Another of its projects recently opened in Uptown Dallas, along with one in Oak Cliff. The developer has apartment projects under construction in Dallas near Highland Park and in the historic Fort Worth Stockyards. Meanwhile in Austin, the 74-floor skyscraper the Waterline broke ground in September. Since 2003, the group has transacted on $7.7 billion across 65,000 multifamily units in many cities and states around the country.
