Welcoming our new team members of 2022

As we kick off 2023, it’s a great chance to take a look back at the past year and celebrate our team and how we’ve changed and grown throughout the last 12 months.

We've welcomed new client partnerships, delivered impactful work and saw a whole host of new faces joining our team. In our blog 'Making an impact - what cxpartners have been up to in 2022' you can read more about the work that we’ve done.

How our teams have grown

Last year we saw 16 new people join the cxpartners team, and we’re recruiting for even more

We were thrilled to welcome 10 new Designers and Consultants in 2022. They’re all brilliant new colleagues, growing our Public Services, Home and Work and Financial Services teams:

  • Katherine Oliver, Senior Service Designer
  • Bea Parry, Product Designer
  • Jack Mahon, Product Designer
  • Isabela Gosav, Junior UX Consultant
  • Marina Montalban, Junior UX Consultant
  • Chloe Langan, UX Consultant
  • Sam Stevens, Principal UX Consultant
  • Dave Raymond, Principal UX Consultant
  • Kate Grant, Senior Content Designer and UX Consultant
  • Amélie Lavoie-Sabourin, Junior UX Consultant

In welcoming new clients and expanding our programmes with existing organisations, we have needed more project managers and delivery leads to deliver the best impact possible. We have brought on three new people across our client teams, including:

  • Katie Inwood, Project Manager
  • Amy Girdler, Senior Project Manager
  • Sarah Lowin, Delivery Lead

Finally, we’ve seen some new people join the sales side of the business to contribute towards our growth. We have welcomed:

  • Ashleigh Davidson, Senior Account Director
  • Matt Astbury, Account Manager
  • Adam Newson, Business Development Executive

Team conferences

Across the year, we held three fantastic internal conferences. It was wonderful to get together in person to share learnings and have some fun!

The cxpartners team - axe throwing!

From bowling and axe throwing to good old trips to the pub, every opportunity to see the whole team in person has been lovely. As our Senior UX Consultant, Megan Simmons puts it...

“There’s nothing like being surrounded by creative, fun, brilliant, and silly people to feel empowered and inspired by your workplace!”
