Yesterday, I collaborated with my former colleague to brainstorm ideas for a 3D framework. Instead of talking about better, faster, cheaper what do you do that's Disruptive, Discontinuous and Defensible [thus 3D]. check out this video : https://lnkd.in/gmMUvAZh The speaker also delves into various frameworks to enable startup's value proposition statement. Few are here in our radar for entrepreneur learning resources for startup: 1) https://lnkd.in/gq9xYu7T 2) https://lnkd.in/gFnMbKV8 [startup secrets resources]. It may be useful for you.

I used to tell my technical team, "The moment you join us, your skills become obsolete." This isn't just true for engineers; it applies to everyone, including our business team. The moment design customer is on board that doesn't mean our value proposition is constant ever. Changing needs of customer and the evolving market are two moving targets. Innovation is the only key to solve these two issues. I can explain these two with lending industry. Asset based loan offer was in the SME market that market has evolved now with GST based data driven for decision making on loan offer rather their assets. Consumer usually gone to loan offer for super critical things in the life. Customer aspiration has been changed now and they are ready to go for loan even for iPhone or Mac laptop like meagre things [:) contextual one...critical for many]. Innovation in lending industry has access these two challenges elegantly. Culture is a key to enable Innovation at our organization. 1) Collaboration thrives 2) Diversity of thought is celebrated, 3) Accept the risk of failure [or any proposal from your team got failed at end] - Failure is embraced as a stepping stone to success 4) Shared belief 5) Shared vision are few parameters to make sure that you have innovation culture in your eco system. So, let us keep our eyes wide open, where we can adapt innovation whether on business model, or product offering, or process on customer onboard/implementation/release, or customer experience or any.

Image Courtesy: Mark Richards There are four architecture domains that are commonly accepted as subsets of an overall Enterprise Architecture, all of which the TOGAF standard is designed to support: The Business Architecture defines the business strategy, governance, organization, and key business processes The Data Architecture describes the structure of an organization's logical and physical data assets and data management resources The Application Architecture provides a blueprint for the individual applications to be deployed, their interactions, and their relationships to the core business processes of the organization The Technology Architecture describes the logical software and hardware capabilities that are required to support the deployment of business, data, and application services; this includes IT infrastructure, middleware, networks, communications, processing, standards, etc.

During my tenure at AIG and Franklin Templeton India, I engaged in developing underwriting and investment software tools that were predominantly mix of manual, with limited digital integration process. However, the advent of digital transformation bridged the gap between these two worlds, transitioning from mere enablement to a more cohesive operation. In my recent role within the core banking and lending sector, I've experienced the profound impact of Digital Public Infrastructure, significantly streamlining our processes. This stark evolution over the past 15 years, from 2007 to 2022, underscores the transformative power of technology and API first approach. Looking ahead, initiatives like Account Aggregator and ONDC promise to disrupt organized SME retail even more profoundly than UPI did. I invite you to explore this dynamic space further through the following link for deeper insights. https://lnkd.in/gNUWcvBM #DigitalTransformation #FinTech #Technology #Finance #DigitalInfrastructure #SMEs #UPI #AccountAggregator #ONDC #LinkedInPost

Event-Driven Architecture is undeniably a powerful and scalable approach. However, its implementation often poses challenges, particularly in navigating the paradigm shift required by development teams. Moving from a 'Synchronous Mental Model' to an asynchronous one demands a significant adjustment. While the choice between 'choreography' and 'orchestration' models may seem daunting, it typically doesn't present as significant a challenge during implementation. Embracing this shift opens doors to enhanced scalability and responsiveness in our systems. Image Courtesy : Confluent.

Exciting news, my fellow connections! I am thrilled to announce that I have recently volunteered at Umagine TN 2024 as part of the Tamil Nadu Technology Hub (iTNT) team. It was an incredible experience to be part of such an innovative and forward-thinking group of individuals. I am proud to have contributed to the success of this project and to have played a small role in shaping the future of technology in Tamil Nadu. Looking forward to more opportunities to make a difference! #UmagineTN2024 #iTNT #VolunteeringExperience

“Chaos Walking” movie has started with the prologue of The Noise is a man unfiltered, and without a filter, a man is just chaos walking. This would lead to the new year resolution for 2024 to us [at least to me]. We can constantly develop the art of communicating filtered noise as the right and precious message to the world. Let the journey 2024 begins...with Marathon. Courtesy Image from: Intemo Tech Team. Intemo Technologies Private Limited
