After a pleasant month of consistent content being posted to my account, 99 dollar social decided to remove my account from their platform. This was due to my card declining. However, instead of reaching out and allowing me to send them my new card information, they refused to allow me to update it, thus leaving me with no social media team. Their content is great, but their customer support is not helpful at all, and nothing matters more in marketing than good customer support.

What can I say about 99 Dollar Social? I'm blown away. I was looking for a social management company to manage my business's social content as I just don't have time, most where very expensive, but then I found these guys. At first I was dubious, but their plans, you can cancel if you are not happy with them. I picked the Instagram posting plan, and after a short survey on my company, they got to work. I'm amazed at the quality of the content they create! very impressive. Highly recommended if you haven't got time to post yourself.
