Worst company ever no employee policy and no work balance even have to work on weekdays too . And there's no senior and the manager's are dumb and don't have any professional behaviour at all. Make people frustrated and even hold the salary of employees for no reason. And giving 1 star because there's no option for zero and minus

The best part about Advantal is the friendly work environment , and an opportunity to learn while working on unique projects. The company builds software for big corporates and governmental organizations - thus you learn a lot about different businesses. The only scope of improvement is an absence of a coffee machine but the admin team has promised that it will be done.

Everyone, no matter what level or position you hold is treated with the utmost respect and integrity. Our CEO and management are very approachable and values every single employee in the company.
