We've been working with Adventure since September of this year and the past few months of working with the team have been great. We're unique in the fact that we didn't give Adventure the reins of our account; rather, they're working with us on a consulting basis to help our internal paid search team prioritize experiments and improve margins. Adventure has hit us with dozens upon dozens of different test ideas, poured over a decade's of data to pull insights, and have been a great resource when any questions or issues arise. Our account rep Esther is super responsive and awesome to work with! I had a question on Ads I sent to our Google Rep who wasn't helpful at all. I then asked Esther and she recorded a video for me of herself showing me how to find the answer to my question, and sent it to me within 30 minutes. Now THAT is service!! Highly recommend for anyone who's looking to improve their paid search performance.

Really knowledgable, they also make sure that there is a regular meeting to make you understand what is being done and what can be improved especially with ever changing Google Adwords.
