Creative enterprises in Kenya are primarily informal with little incentive to register their operations. Studies have shown that creatives participate in smaller value chains by using cash or mobile money to transact. They typically lack financial and entrepreneurial skills. Survey results conducted by FSD Kenya indicate that lack of access to finance is the biggest challenge faced by creative enterprises, followed by lack of access to the market and low levels of support from the government. TBT to when Michael Kazinja finished his diploma in Film and Television Production. He joined ADMI after his Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication and graduated in 2020, where he was also awarded the ADMI Champion Award. Kazinja joined ADMI for practical skills and experience and also worked with the ADMF team as a multimedia assistant for his internship. He thrives in environments where he can explore innovation and creativity to solve problems, and his career aspirations are to produce one of the best TV shows recognized locally and internationally. #CreativeEconomy #ADMFDifference #CreativeTech
