Our new friend Jess and her husband visited us for a date last week! Jess left us with some really kind words. Check out what she had to say!

My husband and I had a date here earlier this week. It was our first time playing VR and it was definitely such a fun experience! We came in on a weekday afternoon where it was quiet since kids were still in school.
We ended up being the only ones there and the owner, Shantay, walked us through everything effortlessly and gave us the best recommendations of games to start off with.

Starting out, we found that the graphics in the game were amazing and it really fills you with so much wonder when you play a VR game for the first time. It's like a whole other world!
There were moments where I'd be distracted taking in the views all around me and then suddenly remember there were zombies after us when I'd take a flying axe to the face.

We booked for a 90-minute session and I felt like that was the perfect amount of time to sample multiple games when you're first starting out. However, if you have a larger party and will be switching out players, I'd recommend booking for more time. It goes by fast!

Since some of the shooter games were a little challenging for novices like ourselves, Shantay joined in some of our games to back us up. It made it all the much more fun!
With just that short window of time, we were immediately able to tell that Shantay was an amazing guy who truly takes pride and LOVES his business. It's hard to find people with passion like that nowadays.

Don't just assume that this place is only for kids. This is a great place for ALL AGES as there is a game for everyone.

I haven't been able to stop raving about @VR to my family and they plan on paying a visit within the month.

Thanks for the great time, @VR! We can't wait to come back.

As we honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. today, we're proud to provide a unique way for our community to experience the history of the Civil Rights Movement. 

At At Virtual Reality, you can experience the "I Am A Man" VR Experience set to the historic events of the African-American Civil Rights Movement. Users will witness the 1968 Memphis Sanitation Worker’s Strike and the events leading to the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. 

The experience takes about 15 minutes, and 2 can participate with 1, 30 minute station booking booked through our website: atvirtualreality.com.

How we feel heading into Q4 ✌🏻 

In transition into a new quarter, we always reevaluate our goals! We celebrate what we accomplished, and goal set for the upcoming quarter.

In Q3, some of the goals we hit were:

⭐️ Moving into a LYH office space 
⭐️ Setting up and prioritizing a weekly time to work on developing our business
⭐️ Onboarding a designer and a content manager

A few of our goals we’re excited for in Q4 are:

⭐️ Improving our client onboarding experience by implementing a new system
⭐️ Launching more workshop experiences 
⭐️ Launching downloadable resources for our community to use 

We’re so excited for all that’s in store for the end of the year and we can’t wait to better serve our community!

The new Welcome Home Realty Group website is now live! Tony + Terry came to us looking to redesign their site to reflect the group as a whole as they grow. They wanted a site that was easy to maintain and that integrated with their CRM, kvCORE.

Part of what made working with Tony + Terry so great was that they are intentional about treating others with excellence and care about the details. We thought of their future colleagues and customers every step of the way in building the site. It’s evident that they treat their customers and community the same way! They truly are mountain movers!

Living our best baseball lives at the Frederick Keys Opening Game! Our team is proud to have designed the game day playbill in partnership with Generation Media. Go team!

Throughout the pandemic, we’ve partnered with the Frederick Art Club to keep their thriving club of over 100 members connected. We’ve hosted their monthly meetings as Zoom Meetings, and this spring moved to a Hybrid model so that members can return to in-person meeting at their own comfortability. 

The Frederick Art Club is one of the oldest art clubs in the nation, founded in 1897. 

We were delighted to spent our Thursday afternoon at the The Delaplaine Arts Center, Inc. supporting their May meeting.
