An MBA and an investor in eight different businesses, Novak can sniff out a bad business model a mile away. He helps Ascendant clients rethink their approaches to the marketplace to ensure they have concepts that are investable, scalable, and sellable.

My role as a Creative Director is to integrate color, shapes and design to create visual concepts that inspire, inform and captivate key audiences. I use software and hand drawings to develop an overall layout and production design for applications such as social media posts, print ads, magazines and websites.
