I engaged with Tom @ Autus, to implement a new CRM system for my commercial finance brokerage.  I had initially met Tom at a marketing event and he really impressed me with his knowledge on the topic and obviously his experience with blue chip corporate business was impressive. Tom worked with me to scope out my requirements and then set about fully implementing a bespoke system into my business.  The system is fully integrated with a phone app and email system so all communication is tracked and follow ups diarised.  The system itself is the free subscription version of hubspot CRM but is light years ahead of anything I had used previously within Bank of Scotland or Lloyd's Bank.
