I contacted Blue Surge and set up an appointment for 3/16/22 at 11AM CST. I immediately started receiving emails from their newsletter which were very informative. I also received reminders of the upcoming appointment via text and email. When the time for the appointment came, Blue Surge did not call me. I checked the invite and there was no virtual link to verify, only my phone number, confirming they would call. I then took the initiative called them after waiting a few minutes at (631) 629-5742, and left a message stating that no one contacted me for the appointment, and I didn't know why no one attempted to follow through. I also called (631) 745-1946 and left another message stating the same. It's now 5pm CST and I've not gotten a return phone call. Although I've just received an email from Godson Michel thanking me for the call and asking me to leave his company a review on this site. This summarizes my experience with Blue Surge Marketing Agency

I worked here for a year. Salary is always late. Godson, the owner of BlueSurge is always not responding to messages of his employees and clients. The 13th-month pay which is stated in the contract that should be given every December, he did not provide too. Employees had a mass resignation because of all these reasons. The worst employer you can have.

If zero stars were an option, I’d take it. We contracted with Blue Surge on a straightforward website build on square space and it was a terrible experience. We had multiple pre-launch calls that took hours of our time only to have their team not take notes, not have the correct team members present, and not share notes. Just when we didn’t think it could get any more unprofessional, a BSM team member notified us via slack that the company was folding and employees were quitting over non payment. Naturally we contacted the owner of the company only to never hear back.

We met with Godson from Blue Surge for an initial call and a lengthy follow up video call. He seemed knowledgeable and we were all excited to work together. He promptly sent us a proposal that we we're planning to accept and pay the initial invoice. THANKFULLY we emailed and called with a few questions prior to payment. Neither the emails or voice were ever returned. Godson's lack of communication and clear disrespect for our time sends up all the red flags about the legitimacy of this business. If you are considering working with this agency, don't.
