Tried contacting this company about their video creation and marketing services. Was told they have no way to transfer calls to speak with someone in sales department. How does a company who claims to spend 80 million dollars a year in advertising not have a phone system to transfer calls to a particular department. RED FLAGS are up. I am now suspicious that these good reviews are fake.

I scheduled a meeting with Chamber Media, and Riley canceled on me 30 min before the meeting. It’s a shame, I would have paid tens of thousands. But he has not reached out since. If they can’t follow through with a meeting and follow up, I doubt they can be trusted with marketing. My experience is if you don’t even have a good first impression, it’s all downhill from there.

We hired Chamber Media because of their great ads on Facebook. We hoped they could do the same for us. Their creative content was awesome and the team was great to work with. All together they created about 10-12 videos for us. They worked! The ads are still running now with a great conversion rate and we plan to use Chamber Media for our new campaigns.

Chamber Media knocked it out of the park for us. They couldn’t have been better/nicer to work with and are just all around good people. I was going to say that they were super responsive but honestly we were the ones who had to respond to them because they were so on-top of everything. However, when we did have a question they were quick to get us answers. They hit every deadline, crushed the concept and production of the videos. Im really looking forward to doing more with them soon.

I'm on my 4th business using Chamber Media as my go to video production company. There videos perform great and have helped me scale each business, 2 of which are now well over 8-figures/year. Not only do they have an ability to make funny videos, but they also know how to craft the message for conversions as well. I kinda hesitated writing this review because I like keeping them as my little marketing secret. However, even as they have grown to be quite a large company, they still treat me well and make me feel VIP. These guys/gals are top notch.

We worked with Chamber Media on developing a suite of YouTube (pre-roll) video ads and the team did a fantastic job. They took a deep dive into our business to really discover what motivates and inspires our customers at each stage of the buying process. From a creative and production point of view their team also top notch. They brought together a HIGHLY professional cast and crew for a complicated shoot and did a beautiful job on the edit. The bottom line is if you need help with your video marketing I would definitely recommend Chamber Media and their team.

I hired Chamber Media for 2 big video projects and worked specifically with Tianna, Raquel, Luke, Rachel and the entire experience/team was outstanding. I cannot tell you how happy I am with the finished projects and to have invested in their video production services. They are masters at their craft and they have mastered the customer service experience. I never felt stressed or out of the loop the entire time. They were incredibly responsive, organized, and professional. I even ended up being the lead actor in one of the videos (no acting experience before this) and it was such a cool experience and Tianna, Raquel, Luke, Rachel made it so fun. Before I hired Chamber Media, I had spent thousands and thousands of dollars on other video production companies only to be left disappointed with the finished project, so I was nervous going into this, but they really knocked it out of the park for me. I am the Creative Director for MrCool, and our company has been working with Chamber Media since 2017. I have to say, for our team at MrCool, the process of working with Chamber Media has been nothing short of a delight. Not only have they helped us blast our marketing efforts into the stratosphere, we have grown tremendously as a result. The Creative Process: This is obviously the funnest part in my opinion. From writing the scripts, to going over concepts, to actually filming, Chamber takes things to the next level and allows you as a company to have fun in the process. We've gotten excellent scripts that have turned into incredible videos. We've worked with actors, like Kevin from The Office (Brian Baumgartner), to Jacob Young who is currently slated to star in the last season of The Walking Dead. They even send pictures and clips as they are shooting your company's video, which helps you feel like you're with them during the process. Public Reaction: One thing I notice when monitoring our Facebook and other social media comments on our Chamber videos, is just how much people love them. The videos are grab-your-belly-laughing-hilarious, but more importantly, they connect with the right audience for your product, and they help drive SALES! We started with Chamber Media in 2017 and there is a reason we keep coming back. They are friendly. Responsive. They don't only make you FEEL like you're part of the team, they make you part of the team. The biggest thing, of course, is that they know how to drive sales to your product, and they know how to reach the right audience and connect with them. If you are on the fence about hiring them, I wouldn't hesitate. As of this writing, I think they offer discounted options if you're just wanting to try them out and see what it's like, though things like that change, so I don't know what the options may be by the time you're reading this review. All I know is, you won't be sorry, and you just may find more success than you ever dreamed.
