Since founding the CM&D in 2016, Ricky has successfully led his team to complete projects for multiple local, state and federal agencies creating immersive experiences around pedestrian and cyclist safety, motorcycle awareness, human rights, mental illness and more. With experience in film production, project management and entrepreneurship, this guy has what it takes to drive a team and complete the most complex projects on-time and on budget.
