This week's Women's History Month feature is Amanda, our Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Strategist. 👩🏻‍💼 "Representation, equality, and support of women in the workplace has been a point of contention for as long as I can remember. As a 20-something woman, being a part of a forward-thinking company that advocates for women in the workplace is a priority for me. Working for a woman-owned company means I can have it all: a successful career as well as a balanced home life. I don't need to worry about family planning in the future because I know my coworkers and bosses understand work-life balance and have my back every step of the way. As a young professional, it's refreshing and inspiring to work with such confident, intelligent, and compassionate women - to see that I really can "have it all". That being said, I couldn't be more proud to be a woman, and I can't wait to see the influence future female professionals have in the workforce."

Happy Valentine's Day!

In honor of Women's History Month, we asked a few members at the Tree what it means to them to work for a women-owned business. 👩🏻‍💼 First up is Carmen, our Design Manager and Photographer: "I am proud of the work that I do and my journey to get here. I work for a female run business that understands the importance of working hard at a job I love, while also allowing me to be the best mom and partner to my husband. Women are incredible creatures, we have the ability to care for our children, work a full time job, carry on long lasting friendships, keep a safe (sometimes clean) home, be a caring supporting partner, while always planning for the future. Do we do all of these things well everyday? Certainly not. But knowing that anything we put our minds to is possible is a powerful thing. To all my ladies out there (young and old), I am proud of you and proud to be a woman along side of you."
