A licensed real estate broker, Cotton founded Cotton & Company in 1983, working exclusively in the luxury residential and destination resort markets. The firm’s real estate marketing and sales expertise is grounded in decades of experience and guided by the advanced technology of today’s data-focused, web-based environment.

Patrick came to the Cotton & Company team with a fresh and diverse background in the Marketing field. Relocating to the Treasure Coast area from the mountains of Colorado, where he obtained a degree in Business Marketing from Fort Lewis College. Patrick has been with Cotton & Company for 4 years and handles the day-today account management and execution of his client’s marketing plan.

As our Director of Media Services, Alyssa oversees both the traditional and digital media areas of the Agency. With more than a decade of agency experience, working both on television, print, direct mail and digital campaigns, Alyssa has expertise in media planning and buying, Facebook and managing SEM campaigns for our high-end luxury real estate clients worldwide. Alyssa is Google Ads Display and Search Certified and holds a StackAdapt Programmatic Buying Certification.

Ken brings years of experience of designing and executing comprehensive branding and advertising programs for a wide variety of clients throughout many industries. Ken graduated with a degree in Graphic Design – Marketing from Ringling University. As the Creative Director at Cotton & Company, Ken plays a key role in the creation and integration of all branding and creative aspects for our clients in the Luxury Real Estate market.

With over 20 years in the information technology industry, Sonya has considerable experience as a Senior Full-Stack Web Developer, System Analyst, DBA, Intranet Programmer, Website and CMS Developer. Prior to Cotton & Co. she worked for Action Online Technologies, Inc. where she was responsible to creating and deploying many websites for Starwood Hotels(Marriott BonVoy, iHealthspot(Health), Houston Zoo, and Jimenez Y Fernandez, a major Puerto Rican coffee producer.

With over 20 years of experience in the accounting field, Jess' background includes many different industries: non-profit, arts & entertainment, retail, wine and private wealth. Originally from upstate New York, she has lived throughout South Florida and the Treasure Coast since 1995.

A seasoned professional with over 26 years at Cotton & Company, Laurie has specialized in residential real estate marketing and sales for master-planned communities, destination resorts, urban condominiums and mixed-use developments throughout the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean, and most recently tripled the sales of the largest developer in Poland.
