When leading vehicle finance company Go Car Credit approached us in need of a new Digital PR strategy, we knew exactly how to steer them in the right direction 🚗

We knew Go Car Credit needed to join in the conversation of car users to create valuable engagement, and to do this we had to find fresh but relevant stories and angles as hooks.

After completing a 360˚ analysis of the Go Car Credit's place in the market, we built a creative Digital PR strategy, generating campaigns using a range of surveys, image-led content and the client's internal information sources, resulting in 
compelling human interest stories.

The impact so far has been fantastic; there was an immediate and sustained uplift in Go Car Credit’s ranking and traffic, and we generated the following results:

• Digital PR drive generated 35 pieces of content
• Featured in titles such as the Express, Road Record and Daily Record
• Estimated 1.3 million views
• Average 71 Domain Authority

The client also benefited from a 111% increase in keywords ranked and an 8% increase in organic searches.

It's been inspiring to look through the Cannes Lions winners - there have been some fantastic campaigns of note over the past 12 months!

A particular campaign that we loved that we haven't seen widely shared on socials is AB InBev Corona's Plastic Fishing Tournament.

Around 750 million plastic containers end up in the ocean around Mexico every year. 

Beer brand Corona, which has a longstanding commitment to fighting plastic pollution, held a fishing event to raise awareness of the issue, working with local recycling and environmental companies.

Fishermen were offered a cash prize for retrieving plastic from the Pacific ocean.

The results? 🎣

Over 20 tonnes of plastic has been removed from the ocean so far, which has then been recycled by México Recicla. 

Not only is this a fantastic effort, but the jarring image of fisherman reeling in trash from the sea is a stark reminder of the problem at hand.
