We are hiring a D/FW Part-time Public Relations Professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience $50/hr We work with exciting brands across multiple lifestyle segments telling brand stories through media relations, social media engagement, and events. Responsibilities include: Contributing your overall market expertise; cultivating relationships with media, influencers and tastemakers on behalf of Say My Name and its roster of clients; attending in-person and virtual client meetings; securing D/FW media coverage about clients; identifying and negotiating promotional campaigns with relevant influencers; leading on-site media and influencer tours; capturing on-site client content, and coordinating various in-market needs.   Requirements ·      Bachelor’s Degree ·      5+ years of agency or in-house experience ·      Experience with client management, media relations, influencer campaigns, social media, and events ·      Extensive relationships with D/FW in-market media, influencers ·      Knowledge of D/FW market including arts & culture, food & beverage, nightlife, events, tastemakers, society, and market trends ·      Skilled public relations writer (pitches, press releases, media alerts and social content)   Skills  Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint Proficient in Google workplace Working knowledge of social media platforms (this position will not be responsible for social media but should know enough to be conversant and strategic)   Approximately 20 hours per week, $50.00 dollars per hour.
