Someone asked me "what do you look for in new employees at Cyclone Social?" and I've always had a simple answer to that: 3 things. 1) You WANT to be the BEST (you don't have to be the best, but you sure want to be the best) 2) You've made some sort of move (doesn't have to be the right move) to be the best! 3) We feel comfortable grabbing beers together. If you're going to work with me every day and I'm going to work with you every day, we should mutually feel comfortable around each other and around the other people we work with. If we could see ourselves hanging out outside of work, then that's a huge culture win! Obviously, those don't take into account skillset and experience, but they take care of the intangibles.
