I was struggling with transferring Domain Names between 2 big hosting companies and there were internal difficulties with regulated authorization codes that NEITHER company could help me straighten out....nothing but endless ineffective emails with their support people. I was about to give up in desperation, in fact had I had told one of the companies, I was...and then Daniel James Consulting picked up on the problem and came in swiftly.... and in a few short hours, with follow-ups days later exactly when they said they would.... we confirmed as quickly as the systems could respond that they had resolved my problem. I had a workaround that was exactly what I wanted! What's even more amazing was that I did not have to pay for this introductory service although I was more than happy to do so. It might sound minimal but the small details make a work of a difference! Daniel James Consulting designed our logo and then I wanted it to wave - so they made a full 3D animation and in the future I could have the bear do anything else we can think of! We get a lot of visits to our website and compliments on the bear. All of our trucks are also branded with our color scheme and the bear and our brand recognition is skyrocketing, which was also an idea of Daniel's to do. Excellent experience overall!
