I took two working social media pages to this company on May 16 for some help from the "Experts" By June 3rd they'd lost access to one of my pages and have held my business pages hostage since. I have had to file a police report and a lawsuit to try to get back what is mine, I've been in business for 38 years with 23 locally and I've never had such a shocking experience.

I contacted Digisphere in May to see if they could do what we were looking to get done with the business as well as Martin Hydes campaign. They explained the business website would take 30 days but regarding Martin Hydes political ads we were told in our kick off meeting those ads would be able to be started immediately. Digisphere was aware of Martins "previous stunts" and in our kick off meeting they all had a little chuckle about it. The issue arose when digisphere didn't want to contact Martin or myself to obtain a 2 digit code from Facebook. Without consent digispheres CFO changed his primary phone number associated with the account to her phone # to try and obtain these codes herself. This ultimately locked Martin out of his account. Digisphere had no way to fix what they had done. They stated it was in facebooks hands and out of their control. They took no liability for their actions which led to Martin stating he would then sue ( this is the threat that caused to be kicked out of the building) No police were called resulting in being removed from the premises. So not only does digisphere lack moral compass they are also liars. In fact the CEO stated he wouldn't continue doing business with him regardless if he decided not to sue. Digisphere knew exactly what they signed up for with Martin Hyde and once they screwed up they decided to wash their hands clean on it. As far as Martin threating anyone- He had never even had any contact with the CFO( the woman they claim was feared for her life). So lies again. Digisphere is a prime example of who not to get into business with. Martin Hyde is a lot of things but he doesn't sugar coat anything was very upfront with them in his expectations and ultimately digisphere guaranteed something they could not produce . We were looking for a company to build a website and get us going on Google’s first page as well as more phone calls and a bigger customer base. I did a lot of research and I finally came upon Digisphere. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable really knew what they were doing. And the response time was on spot. Unfortunately we had an emergency and we had to cancel our contract. Which they normally don’t do. So we spoke with them and told them about our situation and they agreed to let us out a contract for at no cost and refund our money. Steve and Justin are compassionate and Professional. Which is hard to see in today’s corporate business world especially during these uncertain times. We will be using them after the first of the year it’s just that right now is not possible.
