Including the holidays we have 75 days left in 2019.

If you want to have better habits in 2019 the time to start is NOW. Not on New Years Day like 99% of society.

I know for me I need to get better at not eating so late. I’ve gained a few extra pounds as a result. 🍕🍔🍩🍪

I need to be even more vigilant with all the extra candy and treats this time of year.
