Happy Thanksgiving! Black Friday is tomorrow - the biggest sales day of the year for many brands. You're likely leaning heavily on email marketing this week so don't be afraid to go much wider than you usually would with your email marketing segmentation. If non-buyers on the fence or lapsed customers are ever going to buy from you, it is likely within the next couple of days. So what does this mean in practice? Simply open up your engaged segments. If you're usually working with 60 or 90 day engaged segments for your regular email campaigns then feel free to open these up to around 180 days. We're working with a couple of brands using 365 day engagement windows this week and the open rates are fantastic.
