First Person, Inc, a San Francisco based design and storytelling company, is looking for a Digital Designer or Art Director for ongoing collaborations throughout the year.&nbsp;&nbsp; It would be project based ranging from 10-40 hours per week. We are looking for a top notch creative who would enjoy and extended collaboration with our creative team. Your design ability should span deliverables: websites, apps, in-person experiences - we're looking for more than just adapting templates or making dashboards. You should have a portfolio of solving challenging design problems that keep the user in mind. A refined sensibility of typography, color, media integration and motion strategy is critical. Knowing how your solution gets to code, respecting technological boundaries and finding opportunity is key. Please provide real-world examples - not hypothetical design exercises - as much as possible.&nbsp;
