Our experience with FOUNDEAST was extremely short-lived. Within a month, it became painfully clear they lacked even a basic understanding of our target audience and our business objectives. Despite our detailed briefs, explanations and a full day visit on grounds, they consistently missed the mark. It felt like they were operating in a completely different industry. There was a fundamental disconnect that couldn't be bridged. We reached a point where it was clear that either they understood our business segment, or they never would. Unfortunately, it was the latter. We had to terminate our contract to avoid further wasted time and resources. If you're looking for a marketing agency that can quickly grasp your business and target audience, I cannot recommend FOUNDEAST.
