I paid for services and never got my service or the refund. I reached out to this company before I had my products, the owner is/was very nice. I was really excited about working with them. I would reach out to them to check in before my products came in and it was always the same response, we are holding your spot for you so whenever you get your product give us a call. Well fast forward last month. I reached out and told them I was ready to start because I finally got my product. Also keep in mind that when I will email and call it was always hard to get someone to respond. After I finally got my phone call to discuss strategy the owner informed me that Social media is not what is was over a year ago and that maybe we should think about other things besides social like email Marketing or even a refund if you would like. I actually agreed to finding out more of what they could offer because I really wanted to work with them. The owner told me she would get me some information the next day about the other services they could offer me since I had paid for 30 days of social. So the next day..no email, two days later....no email. Now if you are doing business and someone has paid you and you tell them you will give them information the next day and don't do it.. that is bad business or someone who does not care about getting your business . We had our phone call on Sep 20,2022. I emailed her on the 22, to follow up with her to see if maybe she forgot...nothing. I waited a few days and then I saw the company post on social media soI reached out again on Sep 27,2022, requesting a refund since the communication had just been so bad between us after I paid my money,. I got a response saying that she and her family are evacuating from Sarasota Florida because of the Hurricane and her family was the most important thing right now and they process my refund early the following week. My issue with the email was that it came across like I had no sympathy for her and her family during the hurricane even though I had been reaching out to her prior to that trying to get information. So again I waited for the money to be returned to my account and nothing. I emailed asking about an update and no response. I left a VM on Oct 7 2022 and I received an email saying the refund has been processed and she would send me screenshots , I thanked her but she never sent the screenshots or the proof. I even said in the VM if you are not going to give me my money back at least give me the services and I have received neither. I just want my money back, It does not take long to refund money to people.I was very patient with this company, I gave them a month. Every time I would email or call I felt like I was bothering them, when I only just wanted a great social media page or my money. I also want to say that I am a black owned business, someone who is bootstrapping everything, I pay everything out of my pocket and I work hard for my money. I did not get a business loan or grant for my business so every penny helps. Black owned business are half as likely as white-owned business to get loans or grants. So when you put your trust in a company to help you make your business better and they do something like this it really hurts. Just be careful with this company

Not only is she very knowledgeable about all of the changes that occur and trends that are ever changing in social media, but she is a sweet and caring person. Not once did I feel rushed or forced to make decisions. A lot of time and care was taken into choosing my new logo, things were tweaked into perfection.
