Branding: What are the basics and how to elevate your business? How can a branding agency help your business concept grow? Branding is a business concept that helps shape customer’s perception of a company, service and product. Branding uses markers to create identities within the market place giving businesses a competitive advantage through allowing them to stand out in the industry. Branding and marketing are two different concepts. Marketing is an action of promotion, research and advertisement performed by an agency to introduce a business to a growing number of customers. Where as branding is an ID build or further explored by a business alongside its branding agency. A branding agency specializes in analyzing, reviewing, refreshing and redirecting your business, brand and concept in a different direction that will allow your brand to stand out and speak for itself. At Highway 61 we focus on spreading our creativity in all of our areas of expertise. Packaging design allows for our imagination to run wild and morph into the highest form of expectation set by our clients and our team. Our designs definitely speak for themselves as they bring growth to the shelves of our clientele. Triveda is a renowned USA-based medical, pharmaceutical and cosmetics company. The company turned to Highway 61 with the mission of obtaining a packaging design for their kumkumandi and argan oil infusion. The oil infusion needed a crisp and eye catching design. The common denominator of all Triveda`s products is nature, and as such Highway 61`s design had to compliment the fundamentals of the enterprise. The first step was to conduct detailed research of both market competitors and available products by the client brand. The ultimate goal was establish trust in herbal medicine and homeopathy, alongside the effectiveness of natural remedies through design. Our design team came up with the concept of the gold leaf that perfectly complimented the color of the oil, whilst providing the ideal homage to nature and its outmost power of revitalization and regeneration. In order to allow the necessary spotlight for the golden leaf, we went with a simple white background set on a narrow cubic shaped box with complimentary black lettering. The end result was satisfactory to both Highway 61 and the client company. Sales increase and customer base growth accompanied the release of the product and its packaging.
