I was very disappointed with my experience with Ideum. For starters, in order to get a response from the sales woman I worked with, I often had to send up a follow up email to get a response to my first emails. The main issue was our touchscreen rental arriving two days later than scheduled. Fortunately, we decided to rent from them twice so we could familiarize ourselves with the system before we rented it for our huge trade show in July. Had the screen arrived late for our rental in July, our biggest trade show of the year would have been without it's main display. While I give Ideum credit for willingly refund both rentals, there wasn't one time in my contact with them from start to finish that I felt valued as a customer or that my business was appreciated.
