David Metze founded Incite Response in 2001 to create a marketing company with a foundation in technology-driven solutions and strategies. David’s 25 years of experience in hospitality and marketing ideally position him to lead the data and technology teams. He’s a former motorcycle racer and has a particular passion for motorcycles. He’s currently re-building a café racer. David lives in Issaquah, Washington with Laura and the youngest of their five sons.

Laura (nickname Lori) is an award-winning writer with an educational background in communications, advertising and English. Laura is an alumnus of the University of Colorado, Boulder and leads the creative and social media teams. Her favorite place to be is hiking in the woods, preferably with at least one pack member. Laura and David live in Issaquah, Washington with one of their five sons (the rest are all grown up!) and their two adorable mascots, Lily and Morty
