I'm just a kid who grew up on the Southside of Youngstown. I may not look like the people in your "YOUnity" video but guess what?!?! I attended the same college you attended, formerly named Baldwin-Wallace College (now Baldwin-Wallace University). My point is unlike BWU, YOUngstown is a culturally diverse city. I was very disappointed and hurt that the video didn't reflect such diversity. Please make it right. The city YOUngstown deserves better!

$3,000 dollars down in good faith. 2 meetings at an hour each. Decided leadership was condescending and rude. This all happened in about two weeks. They returned $1,200 and called the money they kept an on-boarding fee. $1,800 on-boarding fee... Think about this before you hire them or give them a dime. Leadership knows nothing about good faith...

It had TAX applied to it. I sent leadership an email after I saw this. I made sure that tax shouldn’t be applied for web site development with our accountant at HBK. After I sent the email to leadership they corrected the invoice without tax. We are obviously not the first judging by the response we got... There is still much more to this story...
