For example, Madea may only use Linkedin to develop business relationships when in reality, for her industry, creating a Facebook Group may be a better way to engage with a specific buyer persona/demographic. While Stewart, who is providing a short-term service, will find the lifespan of his Facebook Group to not be worth the time to create, cultivate and continue nurturing clients who get what they need and move on. Not sure if a Facebook Group is the right strategy for your business growth? Here are a few simple questions to ask yourself: 1. Does the same person have the need to engage with my Facebook Group over a long period of time? 2. Does my Facebook Group provide value members can't get anywhere else? Make sure to review the analytics for each social media platform (or social media scheduling tool). Take an honest look at the content your followers are engaging with the most. If you don't have a Facebook Group for your business and still aren't sure if you need one, just ask. Ask your followers. In the end, listening to your customer helps build the relationship - and repeat business!
