Efficiency. Easily one of the hardest ideas to grasp, and we are not the exception to this. There will always be a more efficient way of doing things. A faster way. A different way. A "better" way. We are not automated, we learn by doing. We cannot be tweaked and optimized based off of pure data. As a marketing company, trust me, we wish data fixed everything. Efficiency is a non-human word that many companies try to apply to their humans! Instead, we need to change our perception to a human-based approach. Self-improvement is the most efficient thing a people-first company could do.

A lot of people take on a "word of the year" that becomes their mantra for that year. For 2021, we want to take on our own word of the year. After deliberation, we decided that "STRUCTURE" is our word for 2021! Structure is going to be key for our initiatives this year, while we continue to strive for excellence! Building an organization with focus is not easy. We work with many entrepreneurs who have got to where they are thanks to their well-defined organizational focus. If you are an emerging organization or an entrepreneur, take some time to address your focus. Start by writing down your goals! If it's not in writing, it's not real. Times are changing, and your focus may need to change with them. Don't build a business on rails, make your focus the steering wheel! Use it to adapt to the curves and bumps in the road while staying on track!
