I paid over $5,000 as a down payment for some work on my membership website on June 25th. I was given a list of phases when certain things will be done. We never got to Phase 1, which was only supposed to take 2 to 3 weeks. I contacted Mr. Jacobs on July 27th, over 30 days later, to request an update. Now our contract was in Week 5 with only one week left to launch my Membership website. Nothing was done. He claimed he just moved a week before and that he would get with his team. I received an update on July 29th that they would do some things, and we can meet on Zoom sometime in the first week of August. After this, I was distraught after logging into my development account, where they requested access over two weeks prior, and there was nothing but a cloned website. I requested my money back three times and he recently said there would be no refunds. So he wasted my time and took my money. Please don't be scammed by this company.
