After some less than successful UX projects in the past we needed a UX agency who could not only take on our complex project but also to demonstrate to wider stakeholders the importance and power of good UX. Lion & Mason did that and then some! Andy & Marc were great. They instantly understood the complex relationship with how the multiple audiences for the product. They provided a clear plan for what the project will look that, all there work was completely transparent and carried out very promptly to an exceptional standard. The findings of the project will help us build a roadmap for the project and has produced information that has helped other teams in the organisation.
