Chinese people rush to book travel as borders finally reopen!🤯⚡️

📢 It follows an announcement on Monday that ended almost three years of strict quarantine rules for arrivals.

✈️ Chinese travel agency Qunar saw flight enquiries on its website increase seven-fold within the first 15 minutes after the announcement, the China Daily reports.

🫱🏼‍🫲🏾Travellers will also no longer have to apply to Chinese embassies for a health code before departure!

The Role of China in the World Cup 2022

China covered an important role in the World Cup event even if they did not qualify.

China was one of the main sponsors during the World Cup 2022
 
China’s presence has not been defined just in terms of the team; actually if we look at the investments that China and Chinese companies made in Qatar, we soon understand that the role of China was truly predominant.

A few things to keep in mind:

⚡️ China realized most of the Qatar new world cup stadiums, including the Lusali Stadium
⚡️ Chinese brands spent more than 1.4 bln$ in sponsorship 🤯 (Usa brands spent around 1.1 bln$)
⚡️ The main Chinese brands displayed were: Wanda Group, Hisense, Vivo, Mengniu Dairy!
⚡️ Almost 90% of souvenirs and mascots of the World Cup were Made in China.
