I would give them zero stars if I could. I dealt with their CEO Mahmoud Youssef directly. I requested them to formalize a customer acquisition strategy. MKY submitted the strategy document with tons of reckless mistakes such as spelling, grammar, and illogical assumptions. MKY submitted their strategy document with tons of spelling errors underlined in red in Microsoft Word, which is very reckless for someone marketing themselves online as "dealing with top clients in Egypt." He stopped responding to emails and missed requests after the payment was made. I would recommend dealing with another growth agency other MKY. I had to spend 6 hours of my time doing copy editing and correct the logical flaws of the strategy.

Signing off, I think MKY has always been about offering the best of what their expertise within Digital Marketing can offer, no wonder why their slogan is "We are the growth company".
