We are looking for a junior Branding/Packaging Designer for a full-time contract, able to deliver design projects of high quality and technical level with an eye on detail and confidence to take on, implement, improve and deliver a branding/packaging design project from start to finish. Candidate Requirements: -Passionate about Graphic Design and Visual Communication -Relevant studies on the field of Design -Minimum 2 Years Experience in Agency or in-house -Highly organised and consistent with time & task management. -Effective communication and collaboration with external partners -Strong interest in self-improvement and education on Design topics Essential Skills: -Basic knowledge of concepts like, typography, design and composition on print applications such as: Branding, Identity Systems, Packaging, Illustrations -Excellent knowledge of print & packaging final artworking -Excellent knowledge & hands-on experience of modern design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign)  -Fluent in English writing and communication (Ideally also good knowledge of German Language) -Good knowledge of techniques and mediums of production Working Environment: -Joyful and creative space, among colleagues with similar interests and values. -Equal collaboration with the rest members of the design team for designing and implementing each project. -Brainstorming & feedback during multiple stages of each project, so that the best solution is always chosen. Able to take on, implement, improve and deliver a branding/packaging/digital design project from start to finish.
