Rachel manages our entire workflow process at New North. By organizing internally to develop clarity and alignment on goals and tactics, she has propelled the consistent delivery of hundreds of quality materials forward. Rachel enjoys baking, event planning, and cannot go on vacation without at least 3 books in hand.

As the design and development lead at New North, Jonathan is in charge of developing creative brand assets for our clients. His work has elevated brands to a national level in niche markets and generated award-winning interfaces. In his free time, he hones his skills through lettering and illustration. Outside of the office, he and his wife share a passion for the outdoors and are on a mission to visit all of our national parks.

Jon is the chief content writer at New North and is responsible for the content strategies that we execute for clients. A published author and musician with a background in creative writing, he has an ability to clearly tell compelling stories, and his work consistently generates notable business results.

Tobin is the lead strategist and principal of New North. He brings more than 15 years of experience in marketing (earned serving large brands at DC ad firms) to New North. Since founding the company in 2008, he's focused on B2B markets in a growing technology field. His past national clients include Pfizer, Real Player, and Kimberly Clark, and he has enjoyed serving locally companies such as Yakabod, Swift Systems, and Patriot Technologies.
