This recent article in Politico brings to light a privacy concern to consider when giving media interviews. If you've given permission to be taped during a Q&A and you are sharing sensitive information, you may also want to ask how the writer will be transcribing the interview and where the voice file will be kept. It's not just for political conversations. If you're sharing product info in advance on embargo or discussing something proprietary, these are privacy issues to consider. We fully agree with this advice from Jason Wilson at Strategy, LLC, another expert panelist quoted in this Forbes article alongside Christine https://bit.ly/3l0hjRU A trend to consider in 2022 is, "Produce long-form content using either video, podcasting or blogging and post it in the appropriate channels. Then, break the long-form content into micro-content and distribute that micro-content throughout the appropriate channels."
