I was really impressed with Precision Creative from the first phone call. I spoke with Hayden as well as the owner Jordan. They listened to my specific needs, and thoughts about hosting my website and I was extremely impressed with there professionalism and overall knowledge. Within a day or 2, they had my 3 websites up on there server and running. Furthermore explained the overall monthly maintenance and costs that were involved so I knew exactly what I was getting. There very fast with updates and changes to my websites which I love!! In closing I look forward to also adding a lot of the other services they offer to make my websites even more popular!!! These guys are just so fast and spot-on. I came to them, during the holidays no less, with a very short timetable for a new website for my rebranded law firm. They had a prototype up and running within a couple of days and despite my having spent just a few minutes describing what I wanted the website to do and look like, what they came up with was so in tune with what I was looking for it was like they were reading my mind. I won't say how quickly they got my new site live (because I don't want to set unreasonable expectations for the next person), but they quoted me a date so soon I didn't believe it was possible...and we went live a day early. I can't say enough good things about Jordan and his team at Precision CMS.

Our business has had the same website since opening in 2007. Last year, as a part of our 10 year anniversary celebration, we took the plunge and invested in giving our site a fresh, new look! We selected Precision Creative over several other local companies. Their vision for our marketing plan was inline with our needs and they were able to handle both general marketing functions and several specific duties. We use them for everything from social media management, email marketing and advertising campaigns to ad, brochure & display creation. Our Precision Rep is very responsive and knowledgeable. Precision also brought us a powerful customer relations management tool that they manage, themselves. The combination of a strong CRM that is closing managed by Precision has been an invaluable asset to our company. I currently correspond with our Precision Rep on almost a daily basis, and our sales team has a monthly face-to-face meeting to review analytics and to hear recommendations. I was nervous about spending money on a website and logo, but I have to say that Jordan and David really outdid themselves. My site went live today and my logo is almost finished. Being in insurance, I have to have a professional looking site and I'm really picky about the logo, but they delivered far beyond what I asked. I sent my logo back 3-4 times to be redone and David never once complained about it. I continually asked for more features and Jordan magically made it happen....every...single....time! I've dealt with plenty of companies that just stop responding when things get tough, but they took care of every request and every indecisive moment. Thank you guys so much for all the work you put in and I'll be coming back every single time.
