Qeretail recently redesigned an established online store for me. The job is now complete and it looks great aesthetically. However, when commencing the job the parameters were clearly defined that the page would no longer have any google search console issues after the redesign. This was one of my sticking points during discussions prior to proceeding with the work.. After completion of the work there are new console error issues and qeretail have refused to rectify them without charging extra. I will acknowledge that the google search errors in question—content load shift (CLS)—seems to be quite a new error that google has only recently started assessing. However I don't think I am being unreasonable in stating that if at the outset of a job it is stipulated clearly there will be no google console errors with the page, then there should be no console errors with the page. Or at the very least a willingness to fix the problem without additional charges. I was otherwise pleased with the job, and qeretail's quote was cheaper than their competitors.. but I am now forced to go to spend $$ with another developer to fix the 28 CLS page errors which will likely bridge any discount I received by choosing the cheaper quote. I guess the old adage you get what you pay for rings true.

I am beyond frustrated that I signed up with this place. Everyone was so great at responding until I paid in full. Now I can't get anyone to respond to me and. nothing has been done to my website. I'm now requesting a refund so I can go somewhere else. Customer service is a major pet peeve of mine. I've been sending emails since September 9th trying to get status and I've heard from no one. So at this point I'm done.

Two stars is categorized as Fair on Facebook, and that's what my experience was. Their pricing is good and they are cooperative, but I have a few issues: 1) Some (if not all) of their designers live in India. They're usually asleep when you're awake and vice versa which makes it hard to communicate about design. 2) There were two separate days where my designer Jahnvi didn't communicate with me at all, even though I had reached out to him. 3) My website went live while it still had a ton of problems: They changed the text on my white background to a light grey and it couldn't be read, my collections images were botched, and my banner images were so tiny on mobile that you couldn't read the text. I would give them 3 stars because the design is really nice, but 2 stars feels more appropriate.

Our Big Commerce (BC) Stencil Template website needed a refresh and Qeretail sent an email that they would do a FREE mock up! I was skeptical when I found out the price and doubted they could fully execute the design they were proposing. I was proven wrong! They delivered above and beyond my expectations and bar none the best value work out there...QeRetail killed it! Killed it in an amazing way! For BC customers out there. Qeretail lost their certification with BC, do to maybe some aggressive email solicitation technics that got their officical partner status revoked. Don't worry...these guys are the real deal.

At AlienVapor(dotcom) we were receiving countless emails offering to redo our website. We did need an overhaul but we just imagined it would be a big hassle that we did not have time for right now. We then received an email offering a free mock up. We thought, sure...let's see what they envision for our site. With just a couple of ideas given to them, we received our mock up a few days later. We were blown away by how well it looked and the price was just too good to pass up. We worked with Jahnvi Dhagat and he was very communicative with us but really did not need very much from us. Peter Johnson did a complete visual overhaul on our website and I absolutely love it! ( BaniBands on Shopify) He created a mockup that was near perfect from the start and was very responsive to all the change requests. The whole process was seamless with no downtime on our site. I did do a lot of the category / menu rearranging myself but Peter did all Theme edits, coding, photo revisions, and even pulled photos from our social media to enhance our site. Tried 2 other companies previous to Qe Retail to update our Big Commerce website and both failed miserably. When we were offered a free mock up design we had nothing to lose, the mock up looked fantastic so we went ahead. Everything we asked for was completed professionally and quickly. The way i see it, if they are going to show you what they can do before handing over any money then this is a company confident in their skill set and for good reason. We have another 2 Big Commerce stores and will be using these guys again when we are ready to upgrade. I have no hesitation recommending them.

I had the most amazing experience with Matt and his team at QE Retail. These other reviews must be fake. I have been in business for 32 years. My website has been on the market for 15 years. I have been through at least a dozen IT companies and they have all been sub-par at best and have not performed the way they said they would. Everything Matt told me he did. Every little detail, every little nuance, every beautifully laid out picture and design was beyond anything I could imagine. I have spent thousands of dollars on wasted $$ on other IT companies and Matt and his team did a "facelift" for an old ugly website. And they did it painlessly and walked me through every step and they were prompt and courteous and easy to get a hold of and called me right back and I cannot say enough about how happy I am .
