RedFork is a Wix support partner that I was referred to to solve an issue I was having with my website. They were not able to correctly resolve my issue, but did offer a ridiculous idea as a work around. Then they stated they had done me a favor and did the "work" at no charge. LOL. Turns out that I figured out the resolution myself. Their interest appears to be selling their services, not assisting Wix customers. After all that they asked for a favorable review.

Dave was far more concerned with helping me than making money for himself. To wit, we talked on the phone and on Zoom five or six times. He fixed one of my big problems, and he gave me step-by-step advice, both on the phone and in an email, on how to fix a couple other problems. For all of his time and efforts, he charged me nothing, nothing at all. When I'm ready I'll definitely hire him to do the SEO for my website and I hope to retain him as my webmaster.
