Our Portland team was finally able to get together for the first time in forever. (For some of us, it was the first time we've ever met in real life!) Isn't it wild how we can spend all day with each other on Zoom, constantly in Slack, and still, when we gather in real life we have a hundred things to talk about. Random things, like: 🤟 How grass and lawns are actually the biggest crop produced in the US (shoutout to Robert for knowing this one). 🤟 Who on our team identifies as a cat or a dog, down to the specific breed. 🤟 Debating if we get a RevenueZen boat (sadly, this was immediately shot down.) We were having such a blast, these were the only 2 pics we snapped. Can't wait for more rooftop shenanigans 🎉

The #onboarding process is where clients learn to trust you, believe in the work you're doing for them, and to get to know the humans behind the scenes. A smooth and transparent onboarding process is always part of what we do.. and can we say, we just love making checklists? Is there anything more satisfying than a well laid out strategy plan, that you get to mark "complete" on as you move down the list?
