Not paid salary for the last month and a half of work. This has already become a well-established scheme of the company: 1) All employees have a stable salary delay. 2) Those who leave the company are not paid the salary that was delayed (on average for 1-2 months). 3) Hire new employees. The company tries to hide its dishonest activities by intimidating employees who have not been paid their salaries and removing negative reviews about itself. All attempts to negotiate with the company about the return of the salary ended in threats to me.
