About the OpportunityAs a Client Success Specialist at Smart 1 Marketing, you will ensure customers derive value from Smart 1 Marketing through successful execution of client support and project management. You will manage and build client relationships to encourage new and repeat business opportunities. Along with developing and facilitating the operational and training process including, proposal writing, client presentations, client support calls and client upsell.Job Summary:As Smart 1 Marketing has achieved substantial growth, we seek to supplement the service and support provided by our Client Success Team with the skills and expertise of a Client Success Specialist. We are specifically looking for an individual who will roll up their sleeves and be a valuable part of our team from the trenches. The successful candidate will support our existing customers by maintaining and growing our reputation for quality, dependability, and technical expertise. A hardworking, self-motivated, and intelligent professional with a passion for collaborating with customers to deliver solutions that enable them to grow their business will make Smart 1 Marketing their home.Candidates must be social, analytical, possess an aptitude for learning and using new software, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal Inside Client Success Specialist should engage with customers, maximize value, and create strategies to grow our customer base.Client Success Specialist Responsibilities:· Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, training, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction.· Liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to present Smart 1 Marketing as an industry leader in Digital Services.· Familiarizing yourself with new products and services as they are introduced and documenting for internal and external rollout.· Delivery of professionally produced proposals within customer defined products and timeframes.· Continued sales by checking customer purchasing history, suggesting new and related products, and explaining technical features.· Capture and manage customer information via our CRM system (Knack) for future follow-up.Required Skills and Qualifications● 1+ year experience in customer service, business-to-business (B2B) environments, and online advertising● Ability to explain complex concepts in a practical and easy to understand manner● Self-starter and fast learner who can adapt to an ever-changing environment● Speak and write in an eloquent and clear manner via email, phone, online platform (Zoom, Hangouts)Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environmentWe encourage individuals at all skill levels to apply.
