A short documentary about the mural Bustamante did as a mutual friends place of business, KC Rubber &#38; Belting Co., Joe Skates. In the comments on Facebook Skates was having problems with Graffiti and curse words. I suggested that he have Bustamante of Visual Soul paint a mural and the rest is History!

Comida 2018, is the 5th Annual Latin Culinary Arts Experience.

Comida is Kansas City’s first Culinary Arts event that showcases the cuisines of Latin America, Brazil, & Spain. The event includes visiting celebrity chefs, local chefs, restaurateurs, and cutting edge mixologists.

Comida educates the community about the diversity and variety of Latin cultures through unique cuisines, specialty cocktails, visual and performing arts.

Event proceeds benefit the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Greater Kansas City (HCCGKC) and educational programs of the Greater Kansas City Hispanic Collaborative (GKCHC), the HCCGKC’s 501c3 sister organization.

Comida attracts over 600 guests including community leaders, professionals, and corporate sponsors from the Greater Kansas City region.
