We had a client who wanted a specific outcome, so they hired us. And then told us how to do it. Hm. That phrase about hiring dogs and barking yourself? Or is it wag? Whatever. That. So we pointed out what we thought was a better way, and they weren’t super keen. They’d worked it all out, right? But after about three weeks of it not working (and then some risk taking from one of their team who actually listened to us, and wanted to learn, what a chap) they threw in the towel and told us to do it our way.
