Belief! Every single dream, vision or idea in our lives start with this simple understanding: is it obtainable? Most people think the keys to achieving our goals is through hardwork, focus, discipline and all. They're right but all these things are by-products of our belief. Belief is arguably more important than ability and skillset. Our beliefs shape our reality. We always act in a manner consistent to our beliefs. Our beliefs are like a filter that screen out information that is inconsistent with them. We reject information that we don't believe, hence our believes leads to behaviours and these behaviours produces results. The worst beliefs one can have is "self-limiting beliefs". Self-limiting beliefs are brakes to our potentials. They hold us back. Self-limiting beliefs generate doubt and fear which are enemies of personal success. We often fall into the trap of selling ourselves short that we are not capable or talented as others. That's not true! They don't have two heads. We must continually challenge our self-limiting beliefs and overcome doubt and fear. No one is better than you are. We must keep our heads high and push ourselves to be better individuals. J.
